この粉茶は煎茶と玉露の中間的なお茶である「かぶせ茶」から製造した粉茶です。
茶葉が細かいので、こし網付きの急須などでお茶をいれてください。水色は濃い緑色です。

This powder is produced during the manufacturing process when tea leaves are sifted.
This powdered tea is made from "Kabusecha," a tea that occupies a middle ground between Sencha and Gyokuro.
As the tea leaves are fine, please brew using a teapot with a strainer. The liquor color is a deep green.
