This commemorative premium tea is presented by our shop to His Holiness Pope John Paul II, the 264th Pope of Rome.
It is a top-grade gyokuro, distinguished by its color, taste, aroma, shape, and liquor.
As this is the highest grade gyokuro, the steeping time is approximately 3 minutes. (Longer than standard gyokuro)
Cold brewing or iced brewing is recommended during summer. (Summer limited edition: Includes brewing instructions)
Recommended for personal enjoyment or as a gift.
Ideal brewing temperature: 50–60°C (122–140°F)
